When it comes to a properly running bar, I've seen what works and what doesn't. I'd be more than thrilled to share the knowledge I've experienced and gained over the years. I'm passionate about bartending and its culture, so if I can help more bars exists and thrive, then all the better.

Rates
Basic consulting package: $100
I can take a quick look and provide pointers for the bar in general. Better practices, more efficient methods, advice for mid to long term success. This should produce at least a 1.5x increase in sales and clientele increase.
Intermediate Consulting Package: $200
This will entail a more thorough approach and detailed analysis. I can teach classes to your current bar staff as well as provide a better drink menu that will garner to your clientele. Or even create a new demographic if you so wish. I will also recommend the best tools, liquor, wine, beer, services, digital methods, marketing, and inventory protocols.
Advanced Consulting Package: $500
This provides all of the previous benefits including a week of observance and consulting for your bar or restaurant. I'll personally tailor your digital media, social media platforms, and menus for optimal growth. Possibly the best value for increasing sales up to triple what they may currently be at and doubling your clientele numbers.
